Our featured property is a spacious Suncreek condo in the popular Prospector Square neighborhood. It has three bedrooms, with one being a large, light, loft bedroom, and three full bathrooms.
Please note that the banner ad you see above offering discounts applied to the 2008/2009 season and needs to be removed as soon as somone can figure out how to do it ... IT IS NOT VALID DURING THE 2009/2010 season.
Suncreek C8 will sleep upwards of 12 people, in the following configuration: the master bedroom has a queen size bed; the second downstairs bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (double/twin); the loft bedroom has a king size bed, a queen bed, as well as a day bed (approximately a twin); and there are two fold out sleeper sofas in the lounge. In order to use both sleeper sofas, however, one will have to be moved.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOFT PICTURE HAS NOT YET BEEN UPDATED TO SHOW THE NEW SLEEPING CONFIGURATION.
This condo has a large TV, VCR and a wood burning fire place, as well as a big communal hot tub!
If any part of the rental period falls during a minimum stay period, the entire rental will be charged at the higher rate.

Restrictions
This offer is subject to availability and our regular trading conditions. It is not available during the summer, Sundance Film Festival, the Christmas New Year period, the Martin Luther King holiday period or the President's Weekend period. All travel must be started and completed between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. All travel must be in lower Park City only, within the city limits. This specifically includes upper Deer Valley, Gorgoza, the Canyons and the Factory Stores Certain minimum stay periods or dollar amounts may also be required. Two free taxi ride offer expires 3/26/06.
