If the property you want to book states that you get free transportation between the Salt Lake City airport and Park City, this is what you will get, and these are the restrictions. Our Park City Shuttle division will give up to 10 people, all part of the same group, staying in the same property, a free shared van or bus ride from the Salt Lake City airport to Park City, and back again. All travel must be started and completed entirely between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. If any part of the travel time falls outside those hours, we will charge you our full regular rate, if you choose to use our services. This will happen even if your flight is delayed or if the airline loses your luggage.

Between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., your wait at the airport can be up to 30 minutes from the time you have your luggage. Outside those hours your wait at the airport can be up to one hour from the time you have your luggage. Shuttles leave Park City on the hour.

All guests will need to travel together at one time, both inbound and outbound. If, for example, three guests are arriving on one day, and four the next, we will only provide the free transfers to one of the two groups. This offer has no cash value, and is not available during the Sundance Film Festival period or from 4 p.m. on 12/31/05 through 1 p.m. on 1/1/06. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or road conditions, or if weather or road conditions make it impossible to reach your property.

This offer may not be used with any of our other offers, with the exception of the discounted ski and board rentals, and discounted ski passes.  Notwithstanding any of the above, certain dollar and minimum stay restrictions may apply.  Generally speaking, rentals worth less than $1201, excluding taxes and fees, will not be entitled to the free transportation, but will get half price transportation, if the value, excluding fees and taxes, is more than $650.   Please contact us before making your booking if you have any queries!
